Design System
The beauty is within the numbers
Foundation
Remember the Fibonacci sequence? All you need is already here… nature. Find your sequence. It will be unique, and it will keep all your creations together. I won’t tell you what it is exactly. Knowledge is not for free.

Kids grow so fast
Feed all Departments, feed your Team. Every Atom should have a purpose, be reusable, and never become an obstacle. Design Systems never stop evolving. They will grow enormously. You have to be able to control it, oversee it, try to predict it, and let it grow again.

Information Priority and Hierarchy - Fonts and Colours

Slide
Information
Scale is a powerful tool for indicating the importance of information. By using different font sizes, you can guide users through the content, making it clear what is most and least important.
Fonts
Font heigh will let Users know what they should read first. They will have the idea – “This is it, this is what I need to know first”. Help your Users with up to three font sizes… Primary, Secondary, and the rest.
Colours
Do the same with shades.

what

Research, DIscovery, Value

Problem Clarity
Problem Clarity, is straightforward. Are we able to–crisply and clearly–articulate the customer’s problem? In order to answer “yes,” there should be reasonable evidence to support the customer problem.
It’s important that a common mistake that is made while evaluating against this criteria is to substitute a business problem for a customer problem. While it’s certainly important to identify business problems and goals, in order to achieve those business goals it’s critical to ensure they are aligned with a deep customer pain.
Risk
Risk, is referring to the “risk of getting it wrong.” This risk should take into consideration the various costs associated with getting Zapmap product decision wrong, including the cost of reengineering and redesign. These might be actual costs (e.g. the cost of building a feature or the cost of losing a customer) or they may be less direct costs, such as the cost of retraining customers.
